In addition to the measurements in the temperature-control room a 3D image-guided coordinate measuring device is used during production.
The picture-in-picture software visualizes the measurments and ensures an acceleration of the production process due to the simplified temperature-independent condition.
In addition to the quality of the manufactured products, the accuracy of the measuring equipment used is also checked regularly. The measuring machines are also subject to regular checks according to the test procedure DIN ISO 10360-2, to prevent measurement inaccuracies. Furthmore, the quality system of Lohle Zerspanungstechnik is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015.
